The SLA believe that there has been an abundance of good work achieved across Scotland to raise awareness of the importance of our landscapes to climate resilience and biodiversity, our economic performance and public health and wellbeing. A wide range of organisations, communities and individuals create and care for Scotland’s landscape and places across the private, public and voluntary sector. We aim to celebrate and share the success of these best practice examples to demonstrate that change is possible and to learn from them.
The following examples were proposed by the SLA Working Group ‘Landscape – transforming our lives and experience’. Visit the website links below for details of these inspiring projects. Images are courtesy of the host organisation.
